"I have been a State Garm customer for a number of years. I have lived in different communities and had different agents. I am going to say in all honesty that the Wayne Voss State Farm Agency is absolutely the best insurance agency I have ever worked with. The staff at the agency has been extremely accommodating with all of my insurance needs. This includes my car insurance and my rental insurance polo. "Always friendly service and follow ups with any questions I have, updating my policy with a move and they not only made it easy but reached out to offer advice on how to customize my policy better with my new situation!
Then when I was dealing with a claim and a totaled car, Brandy was a doll to work with and helped me get insurance in place for a new vehicle on the fly when I was buying a vehicle from out of state! Can’t recommend this team more, they make the, not-so-fun job, of dealing with an insurance claim so much easier with the friendliest service!"
